Brand Innovation workshops are required when companies find themselves in stiff price competition and in categories where consumers have difficulty distinguishing the relative strengths and weaknesses of brands.

A Brand Innovation Workshop helps to find a compelling new brand space for the brand, which we call a Brand Purpose. The Brand Purpose is the fuel required to drive Brand Architecture or Product and Marketing Programme Innovation.
