Facilitating Change
Corporate Change, whether it be implementing a new brand or driving a new service delivery is exceedingly difficult to manifest. Invitro have designed a business around this corporate challenge. Invitro acts as an Intervention, we partner with business teams around a key business or marketing problem. Integral to this process is removing stakeholders from the pressures and routines of day to day business life. By using a very human approach to group facilitation we are able to create an ideas space where mindsets and behaviors associated with change can be influenced. A typical Invitro Intervention Workshop Design includes 2 Stages: First Problem Revelation, then Solution Manifestation and Commitment.
